Conquer the Fear of Death

I was once a Thanatophobic person or a person who is afraid of death or dying. The cause is still unknown to me. Fortunately, I have conquered it with the help of my friends, my family and myself. I realized that life is really short and I need to enjoy every single second of it. I should not fear death because sooner or later all of us will die. I don't want to waste my time thinking frantically of death while here's life with a lot of opportunity to offer. Having a phobia would just lead you to depression and anxiety, believe me. If I were you, you should face your fear as early as possible so you have nothing to regret in the future.
