We all know that "we exist" but this simple fact has something very deeply engrossed within itself. Now this may seem to be a very weird sort of statement but a little reflection would show that it certainly carries weight in it.One does not require initiation into rigorous thought provoking processes or contemplation to arrive at such a realization. It is a feeling which is inherent in every living creature.
Try hitting a small house fly and see how it tries to escape the attack which is due to the instinct of self preservation which in turn stems from the fact that it knows that it exists and its existence is important at least to the self if not to anybody else on the planet.
Even Socrates, the famous philosopher made the popular statement; "I think, therefore I am." Of course this "I" holds the key to unlock some of the greatest mysteries of mankind hitherto unknown even to the best of scientists across the ages.
In the coming blogs we will try to unravel some of the mystery around this "I" and see how attempts were made by philosophers to cross this mysterious border to enter into the Garden of Eden.
