Please give us a short summary of your website?
Dr.Lilian's Mission is about extending her knowledge, as well as, expanding people's horizons. Providing an eclectic approach toward helping others, Lilian understands this may involve different forms for individuals. The main objective then is to help others empower themselves so that they may be more confident, productive, and maintain a sense of well-being. Services Include: Psychic/Mediumship Readings, Spiritual Counseling, Distant Healing, Hypnotherapy (clinical), Transformational Counseling.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
It was something I wanted to avoid. My clients however wanted this so that they can easily refer others to my bio. and so on. To explain what I do to others takes time, so with this avenue (on-line website) people can easily look me up and decide if I am someone who can assist them.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
It was the current one and it has been on-line for over 3 years.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I didn't have to think hard about it. It's my name and 'AskLilian' came about because ever since I was a very young girl, my school-mates somehow always came to me for answers, or solace. So, ask Lilian was born a long time ago, and I thought how perfect it is for my site's URL/Domain Name. Interesting what has followed us through the years~!
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
I truly believe that the actual service needs to be professional and if someone truly is, the people will benefit tremendously. Also, sometimes it is the energy between two people. It's like buying a home. You get the feel of it, and decide whether or not you're comfortable with it. Same applies to any professional who is helping others. There has to be a likeness between client and the professional before any session begins. I like to speak with each client before any session is booked. This way, they can get the feel of not only how I may be able to assist them, but if they feel good about opening up to me. This is human nature and a natural protector.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
My goal is to provide profound insight on how "energy" (in many forms) is our friend. This is of course the short of the long, but teaching and conducting workshops is something I want to be more apart of. Psychic/Intuitive Development classes are big. I welcome those who want to host there own party/event/workshop idea, to contact me. I would love to help. Ultimately, I have two books in the works, and would like to keep writing and sharing through this avenue.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I let it all go. I truly know, I am always taken care of, financially. I am doing the work I was meant to, and financially, I've never had to worry. I teach what I practice.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
It's not about the site, it's all about the services provided.
