Shamanic smudging, or just smudging in general, is considered as an age-old tribal tradition which has been used for a long time, for centuries to be precise, in order for one to create harmony, as well as peace.
There are very many different shamanic smudging ceremonies, as well as different tribes that use a variety of herbs for the purpose of smudging and what not.
Defining it clearly, shamanic smudging is the burning of herbs, incense, purification, protection of physical, as well as of spiritual bodies.
