Yesterday, I have found an article giving us a way to activate our pineal glands by activating our crown chakra. If you do not want to undergo such processes of activating your chakra, then you might want to try this seemingly easier way--and that is through the use of magnets.
Though it is not yet medically proven, psychics believe that this is also a good way to finally open our pineal eye, supposedly our third eye
