There are some behavioral actions that we do yet despise. No matter how we want to erase that kind of behavior in our systems, we just can't. For example, I hate cramming, and yet I cram a lot.Probably the answer to these inexplainable traits are in our subconscious minds--in our past lives. There is probably something there that keeps us from throwing the bad habits today.
There is a known solution around this, and it is called past life regression.
