So by now you must have got at least some faint idea about what is being talked about for the past couple of blogs about the vague concept of trying to go inside to find the origin of life and basis of existence which we all take for granted most of the times.

So what is the procedure for carrying out this interesting adventure to try and go about finding oneself? Firstly is there a way for such an exploration or is the search for such a path an illusion in itself.

The answer to this question cannot be found by simple thought processes but it requires deep contemplation as well as trying to experiment with a few techniques which might make it possible for anyone to actually carry out this journey.
