I used to think that meditation is all about sitting in some corner, closing your eyes, and trying to clear your mind of all thoughts. Well, I was wrong.
Meditation is both an art and a science that has to be mastered in order to reap its benefits. It is not about closing your eyes. It is also about concentrating your energies to put to a fruitful use.
