Lucid dreaming is better known to many people as the act of dreaming while the person is conscious that he or she is dreaming.

During this process, it is very much possible to exert conscious control over your dream characters as well as your environment and perhaps perform physically impossible feats.

It can be initiated in two known ways. Dream Initiated Lucid Dream or DILD and Wake Initiated Lucid Dream or WILD.
