Singing Bowls

In Hinduism and Buddhism, tools such as singing bowls are used to further help practitioners meditate. These meditation tools are especially used in the Himalayan mountains.

By rubbing the singing bowl with a leather or wooden striker, the rim of the bowl will vibrate and produce a calming sound that will help you on your meditation.
