Blog to get angel stories and to promote my other websites.

This site is new. I have been blogging for years.

I spend any where from 1 - 5 hours blogging daily.

Yes, about 5 or so if they are interesting.

I have heard of them. I do not use them but I have suggested them to e-book writers.

What promotional techniques work best for you and why?

Viral techniques seem to be best. This is promoted through friends and people we know.

You need to try to spell check before submitting. If you do blog and make a mistake, don't worry about it, others with figure it out if it is not too bad.
