At noon Greenwich Mean Time October 12, 2007 the planet Mercury goes Retrograde in Scorpio. By the 24th of October its degrees witll reach 29 Libra 34 minutes.
Mercury goes Retro several times a year. These are those periods in life where you may as well be speaking a foreign language. Nobody seems to understand what point you are trying to make or they misinterpret what you are stating.
Depending where both Scorpio and Libra are located in your Natal Chart, will be where the effects are most pronounced.
Wherever these Signs are located in your Natal, it is still a time to be cautious when signing anything of a legal nature, even agreements, verbal or written.
If you cannot postpone, before you sign read the papers once, twice, three times. This is a confusion oriented transit whereby people are prone to making mistakes and many times even those tiny errors can wreak havoc with written contracts.
Mercury is also a time when there are problems with communications such as telephones, computers, radio, television, etc. Not forgetting, traffic jams.
This transit brings delays. Everyday issues seem to move more slowly than usual. It is a time when your patience is running lower by the minute.
As Mercury trickles back into Libra some of you may be haunted by an old flame, possiby one that you would prefer to douse who is attempting to return back into your life. It won't last whether you want it to or not, with Mercury it is fleeting.

By November 2, 2007 Mercury will go Direct. Life slowly returns to normal, there are less misunderstandings and confusion. By November 18, 2007 it reaches 09 degrees which is its return point and or back to where it was positioned before the transit began.
