It widely believed that what negative emotions the our ancestors have generated will be passed down to us, just like with physical traits. This is not just a rumor. There is actually some basis to this observation.
Don't be afraid, though. All the negative energies passed by your ancestors may actually be used to benefit you, instead. But how?
